Your Role


As a Wound Care Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, working collaboratively with our clinical team to achieve positive health outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, hands-on patient care
• Conduct ongoing client assessments
• Perform wound care treatments and clinical procedures within scope of practice
• Administer and document medications appropriately
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation
• Follow infection control standards and Universal Precautions
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed RN or LPN in British Columbia (in good standing)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical and wound care skills
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
