Responsibilities

• Work with unions to interpret and update wage schedules, burden tables, and monthly union reconciliations.
• Accurately and timely process end‑to‑end payrolls and payments via direct deposit, including new employeeup and terminations with electronic ROE through Service Canada.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare annual year‑end requirements including T4, RL1, T2200, and related statements.
