We are seeking a Project Manager that has proven track record of managing a commercial or institutional new build projects in the range of $10-50M.
Our client provides project advisory and owner’s representative services to public and private sector clients on a broad range of projects throughout the Lower Mainland.

Additionally this position offers a hybrid 2-3 days work from home a week. QualificationsEstablishing project budget and schedule targetsWorking with clients to define project goals and risksHiring and overseeing project design teamsProviding feedback to the design team to ensure quality and cost targets are being metProcuring consultants and contractor teams for each project as neededCoordinating all owner-supplied fit-out equipment, including furniture, fixtures, and equipmentProviding continuous client contact by acting as the primary source of all client communicationsProviding feedback and ideas that allow for continuous improvement to company processesContributing to the firm’s ability to generate new clients and project workThe ideal candidate will have : 5+ years of experience in buildings such as commercial and institutional projectsExperience working with municipalities an asset Strong business insight and excellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressureProven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating experience in successfully delivering projectsCapability to handle various types of projectsExcellent time management and delegation skillsValid driver’s license and personal vehiclePMP, P.
