Your Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key role in our division. As Project Manager , you will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects from beginning to end. You will ensure all Enersolv standards and codes are implemented and you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations while continuously improving the project bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Manage any size project with supervision
- Develop and track the project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project
- Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
- Direct staff on proactive tracking of RFIs, Cost Submittals, Shop Drawings and Meeting Minutes
- Direct staff on assembly shop drawings from trades and suppliers and review for compliance with Specification
- Prepare RFIs, MSIs and change orders
- Direct trade partners and coordinate with other trades
- Estimate cost changes in scope of work
- Schedule material and equipment deliveries
- Review and quality check close out documents
- Establish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs
- Schedule material and equipment deliveries
- Complete occupational jobsite review and delegate where appropriate
- Develop and maintain Enersolv’s construction standards for the project
- Other duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
3 – 5 years experience in commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metalExperience using BIM software including AutoCAD, Revit and Revizto and any other software requiredExperience working with design team and sub-contractors to meet project specific BIM execution plansAbility to oversee BIM budget and resource managementExperience with PM Management Software (Procore, Autodesk), Word, Excel, ProjectsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent organization skillsSolid knowledge of the construction processBenefits
