In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for our customers, ensuring their orders are managed efficiently and delivered on time. This role requires a proactive approach to addressing customer needs, managing supply chain challenges, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Liaison : Be the link between our Sales team, suppliers, and customers.
Order Management :
Enter orders into SAPB1.Send sales orders and purchase orders.Create and maintain item master data.Issue and send credit and debit notes.Operational Oversight :
Manage the full order lifecycle, from sale to delivery.Monitor shipments and customer demand, addressing supply chain issues as they arise.Provide regular updates and schedules to customers.Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries, escalating where necessary.Relationship Building : Maintain strong relationships by delivering prompt, accurate, and reliable service.The Company

We’re looking for someone who :
Is bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).Communicates effectively in person, via phone, and by email.Thrives under pressure and can handle multiple priorities.Is a team player with excellent conflict resolution skills.Is organised, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented.Has strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), with experience in SAPB1 being an asset.Brings previous customer service experience, ideally outside of a call centre environment.Bonus) Has experience in the food industry.
