Marine Service Technician (Newfoundland)

Your Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive services, participates in testing, commissioning, annual & 5-year inspections on lifeboats and davit / winch systems globally.
• Complete thorough service reports to ensure all activities are documented and communicated effectively.
• Diagnose, adjust, repair or overhaul Palfinger cranes and / or Life Saving Equipment (LSE) ensuring they operate at peak performance.
• Utilize electronic, hydraulic and mechanical theory along with related knowledge to test and modify operational electrical machinery.
• Apply electronic control equipment and circuitry, hydraulic circuits and components and mechanical equipment to maintain and enhance system functionality.
