As an Associate – Technical Development Program, you will partake in the Wesco Sales & Operations Development Program. This twelve-month training program is designed to prepare associates for technical or engineering positions within Wesco. You will develop strong technical skills and overall business acumen, gain product and industry knowledge, and expand your professional networks throughout Wesco.
