Responsibilities :

  • Lead dynamic and engaging barre classes
  • Provide instruction and guidance to clients
  • Create a welcoming environment and develop client relationships
  • Continued education to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in barre and fitness

Requirements :

  • Must have group fitness certification, yoga certification, or Pilates certification
  • Strong knowledge of dance & fitness techniques, proper form and modifications
  • Previous experience teaching group fitness classes, preferably barre or related disciplines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate clients of diverse fitness levels
  • First aid and CPR with AED certification
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
