Responsibilities :

Lead dynamic and engaging barre classes
Provide instruction and guidance to clients
Create a welcoming environment and develop client relationships
Continued education to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in barre and fitness

Requirements :

Must have group fitness certification, yoga certification, or Pilates certification

Strong knowledge of dance & fitness techniques, proper form and modifications

Previous experience teaching group fitness classes, preferably barre or related disciplines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to inspire and motivate clients of diverse fitness levels

First aid and CPR with AED certification

Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
