Job Summary :
Youll work closely with other team members productmanagers and marketing teams on a wide range of content drivingawareness for programs or products.
The Content PublishingSpecialist will be responsible for content management includingpublishing content using CMS while also helping with planningorganizing and coordinating webinar programs This role will have ahybrid responsibility of web content publishing along with programcoordination support for webinar sessions.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Publishing andManagement (Primary) :
Build web pagesand publish content via the content management system usingapproval workflows.
Manage the content creationprocess by coordinating with content creators and subject matterexperts.
Publish update and maintain content onvarious digital platforms ensuring accuracy consistency andalignment with brand guidelines and best practices.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all contentis wellstructured errorfree and of high quality.
Review and edit content for clarity accuracy andrelevance.
Focus on enhancing the userexperience by ensuring content is wellorganized andaccessible.
Webinar Program
Manage webinar requests and prioritize sessions based ontopics.
Build microsites / landing pages forwebinar registrations and web content publishing using internaltools and other content management systems.
Manage communications to drive attendance and awareness includingreminders followups and change notices.
Projectmanage webinar postings in the partner portal for registrations andpostwebinar access to presented content.
Copyedit and recommend language that provides clear value to partnerson registration landing pages.
Createattendance reports and manage quarterly uploads into Salesforce forlead tracking.
Generate ad hoc reports tosupport regional execution.
