Real Estate Development - Senior Associate/Associate, Leasing

THE ROLE

As the Senior Associate/Associate, Leasing, you will:

• Support in road mapping the expansion plan of our real estate
• Support in securing a best-in-class portfolio of stores
• Support in lease negotiations to get the locations we want with the best deal
• Support in managing lease rights and tenant relations
• Support in holding the landlords accountable for the lease
• Support in maintaining the relationship with each partner, addressing business opportunities for scale

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Associate/Associate, Leasing has:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD or USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
