Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, and a member of the ten-person senior leadership team, Rocky Mountaineer is seeking an experienced business technology leader who will ensure that the organization leverages technology to achieve its strategic goals, provide an exceptional customer experience, enhance efficiency, and stay competitive in the digital age.

This role involves taking a holistic enterprise approach to the company’s technology stack and measuring competing priorities to align with long-term growth.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic technology leader in a business that prioritizes customer service, brand consistency, and a world-class workplace.

With a track record of success driving enterprise-wide programs, leading large-scale change and digital transformation, the new VP will be a motivating and empowering people leader with a reputation for innovation and enhancing business excellence.

The expected salary for this role begins around $225,000 plus STIP, LTIP, and other benefits commensurate with experience.
