Hospitality Coordinator
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Hospitality Coordinator to join their team in a full-time capacity. Do you enjoy supporting customers, providing product and service information, resolving issues as they arise?

Responsibilities :
- Set up catering in boardrooms and for client events
- Serves food & beverages to guests
- Replenishes food and beverage and maintains cleanliness
- Cleans equipment, storage areas, wipes down tables, and whiteboards
- Assists clients in menu selection and placing orders
- Confirms catering requests
- Request IT set up and assistance for clients
- Provides excellent customer service, maintaining a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients etc.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience as a server or in a food service-related role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of food safety procedures and able to obtain a food safety certification
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work well independently
- Remains calm under pressure
- Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Meticulous, with strong attention to details
