Job Description : As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their insurance needs and providing them with the best solutions.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through company provided leads, networking, and referrals.
Consultative Selling : Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on our range of insurance products and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Sales Process : Guide clients through the application process and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to policy issuance.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service. Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements : Experience : Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, is a plus but not required.
Training will be provided. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Motivation : Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals. Licensing : Must obtain and maintain a valid life insurance license (assistance with licensing provided).
