If you hold a current Alberta, General Insurance Level 1 license, and have an EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILL, both verbal & written, the Ted Byrt Team wants you to join our award-winning super organized machine for the role of sales & customer service.
Ideally you like people, are energetic and interested in helping our local business grow through engaged customer conversations.
Responsibilities :
1. Engage daily with customers and help them say wow! .
2. Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to our great customers.
3. Assist with customer inquiries regarding billing changes and strategies to help save money.
Requirements :
1. Active General Level I insurance license in Alberta
2. Experience in the real world helping customers find what they want and need.
3. A coachable attitude... each day you arrive at work with an open mind and a keen attitude towards learning, growing, and becoming a better version of yourself.
4. You can read, write, and listen with acuity.
5. Learn, learn learn...customers love it when we "know our stuff" - so you’ll have to remember lots of stuff.
6. Mistakes suck! You must be detail-oriented to thrive in this industry.
