Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Platform Engineer who thrives on tackling challenging problems in payroll and HR technology. You’ll build and maintain internal platforms and tooling that enable our application teams to deliver faster, safer, and more confidently. You will report directly to our Platform Engineering Manager.

What You'll Own

• Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Design and optimize CI / CD pipelines for secure, efficient deployments.
• Create real-time observability tools, such as monitoring dashboards and alert systems.
• Provide engineers with self-service tools, documentation, and templates.
• Embed security best practices into infrastructure and pipelines.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to ensure platform usability.
• Contribute to design discussions and advocate for platform standards and best practices.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation.
