Delivery Material Handlers work in teams and are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery, unloading and placement of building materials onto customer sites including residential, commercial and industrial construction sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Return home each night!

DUTIES

• Deliver, unload and place building materials according to customer specifications.
• Operate remote‑controlled picker cranes, rough terrain forklifts and conveyors.
• Drive 4 / 5 axle trucks with tridem pup trailers to jobsites (up to 8 axles) – depending on license classification.
• Hoist building materials.
• Typical day : 20% driving, 20% operating a crane or Moffett forklift, remainder physically handling (unloading and placing) heavy building materials into residential / commercial structures.
