Role Summary

Provide on-site lineside production support to ensure stable manufacturing operations rapid issue resolution and effective implementation of design and process changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production activities through direct lineside engagement
• Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues process deviations and design-related problems impacting production
• Assess coordinate and support implementation of engineering and design changes on the shop floor
• Interface with Manufacturing Engineering Design Engineering Quality and Supply Chain to resolve production constraints
• Support problem-solving activities (root cause analysis containment corrective actions)
• Provide technical guidance to production teams to minimize downtime and disruption
• Support MRB-related activities as needed while operating with a broader production-support scope
