Garage Door and Access Controller Technician

Our client, a leading provider in the security and access control industry, is seeking a Commercial Door Install technician to join their dedicated team. As a Commercial Door Install, you will be an essential part of the service department supporting residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Location : Dartmouth, NS

Pay Range : Based on Experience

Shift : Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial overhead doors and electric operators.

Work with automated security access systems including gates, keypads, and smart apps.

Utilize mechanical skills for hardware installation and electrical knowledge for troubleshooting gate operators, sensors, and low-voltage wiring.

Ensure all installations meet safety standards and client specifications.

Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operations and maintenance procedures.
