Description Du Poste

As the Logistics Coordinator , you will be responsible for managing the flow of information between the customer base and the Planning / Dispatch group to ensure timely execution of service.

What you’re responsible for :

• Manage inbound communications with customers and drivers / carriers.
• Create orders in the system to be managed by the Planning / Dispatch department.
• Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, customs paperwork, labels, etc.).
• Track orders in the system through to completion.
• Support Supply Chain Analyst objectives.
• Collaborate with the Inventory Management team to reconcile inventory systems.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with an annual salary range of CAD$50,000–$65,000.
