Salesforce Production Support Analyst - Canadian Bank
Our client is a Large Canadian Bank that is looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Production Support Analyst to join their Salesforce Development team in the Greater Toronto Area (Mostly Remote).
Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Production Support Analyst with experience in the Financial Cloud Domain to join their dynamic agile team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing support of our Salesforce applications tailored for the financial sector.
Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, particularly within the Financial Cloud Domain.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries, issues, and requests related to Salesforce functionality, configuration, and data.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including user management, security settings, and data integrity checks.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, working closely with developers and system administrators as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including knowledge articles and training materials, to support end users and fellow team members.
- Participate in release management activities, including testing and deployment of enhancements and patches.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce applications.
- Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, particularly in the Financial Services Cloud.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration & Production Support, with a Focus on Financial Services Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder are preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative customization options.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Apex / Visualforce development is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce NCINO is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
