The Glencoe Golf & Country Club is offering full-time and part-time seasonal Server Assistant / Host positions within the Food & Beverage Team for the 2026 Golf Season. As a Seasonal Food & Beverage Server Assistant / Host, you will create exceptional experiences for our members and guests by providing excellent service. If you are a positive and energetic individual who enjoys building relationships, prides themselves on providing exceptional service, and works well in a team environment, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate service and deliver efficient, accurate service to members in a professional and friendly manner
• Strive to exceed service standards while working in a team service environment
• Demonstrate knowledge of all menu offerings and be confident in recommendations and suggested add-ons
• Ensure all opening, closing, and shift changeover duties are completed daily
• Complete additional duties to ensure the next shift is setup for success
• Ensures compliance with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Additional Details

These are full time and part time positions that report to the Restaurant & Outlets Manager. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace online certification prior to commencing employment.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The Club does not provide assistance with obtaining Canadian work authorization.
