Position : Supply Planner

Salary : $55,000 to $65,000 per year

Our client, a manufacturer or renovation and construction products is looking for a Supply Planner to join their growing team!

Your profile :
- Bilingual to communicate with clients and suppliers in other provinces outside of Quebec and overseas
- AEC, DEC in administration or supply chain
- Good experience with an MRP (JDE or AS400 asset)
- Good level of Excel
- Analytical profile (the position does not involve negotiation with suppliers)
Your role :
- Analyze and take action on recommendations from supply reports (order placement)
- Maintain an optimal inventory level in all warehouses for its product portfolio
- Understand the reasons affecting supply performance indicators and work to implement corrective actions
- Participate in the maintenance and optimization of the supply parameters of the product portfolio
- Work in collaboration with product managers and marketing agents
- Send and follow up on the transmission of orders to suppliers
- Follow up on orders with suppliers and carriers
- Maintain PO information in the system (prices, quantities, products, dates, etc.)
- Manage claims and disputes with suppliers
