Responsibilities

• Designed, executed, and maintained test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to validate functionality and performance for POS applications (Point of Sales).
• Worked with POS devices (Oracle Xstore, Verifone), validating payment processing and transaction workflows.
• Developed and executed automated test scripts for Retail POS to ensure seamless integration and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects in Retail POS and web applications.
• Performed functional, regression, integration and performance testing for web‑based applications to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Worked in Agile environments, leveraging test case management tools like JIRA, Confluence and TestRail for effective test execution tracking.
• Performed API testing and debugging, ensuring seamless integration and performance across different environments.
