Position Summary
LaSalle College Vancouver is seeking a Game Audio Instructor with strong professional experience in interactive and adaptive audio for video games. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on industry knowledge, a passion for sound design and implementation workflows, and an ability to mentor students learning the collaborative, technical, and creative aspects of the game audio pipeline.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enjoys challenges, works collaboratively, and embodies a service-oriented and solutions-focused mindset. They should possess an instinctive understanding of Media Arts learners with the ability to communicate concepts in an accessible, collaborative, and supportive way. Successful applicants will have a passion for their craft, the ability to share their knowledge, follow a set curriculum, and inspire students to excel in their chosen field of study.
