The Role : Reporting to the Manager of Customer Loyalty, the Marketing Senior Specialist (User Growth) is accountable for driving T&T user growth in the U.
S. market, overseeing customer lifecycle implementation and conducting national-level customer insight and analysis. Proficiency in Chinese and English copywriting is essential.
Major Responsibilities : Spearhead user growth / retention strategy in the U.S. market, aligning internal and external resources through meticulous market analysis.
Collaborate closely with merchandising, store operation, and e-commerce teams to execute the user growth strategy seamlessly.
Conduct thorough customer data analysis, scrutinizing user acquisition, retention, and conversion based on the customer lifecycle.
Identify strategic business opportunities, formulate targeted operational strategies, and ensure their seamless integration into day-to-day marketing activities.
Demonstrate acute sensitivity to data, utilizing advanced data analysis to gain deep T&T customer insights into user profiles, shopping behavior, and to guide strategic decision-making.
Exhibit excellence in user identification and strategic initiatives, analyzing user activity through metrics such as DAU, MAU, and other relevant indicators.
Provide targeted solutions for different user segments.Leverage familiarity with CRM tools, focusing on analytics, tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and optimization.
Demonstrate strong business acumen, market sensitivity, and agility to act promptly based on competitor strategies.Develop a comprehensive customer marketing strategy and lead the execution of campaigns across email, social, and marketing communication channels.
Prioritize acquiring and retaining high CLV customers, tailoring strategies based on user personas and purchase journeys.
Play a key role in supporting overall marketing objectives both internally and externally.Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements : Possess a minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, with a preference for a background in retail, digital, or e-commerce.
Hold a bachelor's degree in business, with a focus on marketing or communications.Demonstrate experience in a demanding, fast-paced retail environment, with expertise in online / offline customer insights as a significant asset.
Strong proficiency in editing, copywriting, and proofreading in both English and Chinese. Outstanding presentation skills with a creative and innovative approach.
