Jayman Living is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Mixed-Use Division – a role that offers hands‑on involvement in transformative projects, the chance to grow your skills, and clear pathways to career development.

One of our most anticipated communities is Nostalgia Townlet , a master‑planned development in south Calgary, nestled along the Bow River. Designed with intention, Nostalgia blends history with forward‑thinking design, offering diverse housing, retail, and professional spaces. As Project Coordinator, you’ll not only contribute to this landmark project but also support the Project Manager in other high‑profile developments in the Jayman Living portfolio.

A day in the life of Project Coordinator in Mixed‑Use

You will provide essential project coordination and administrative support throughout the development and construction lifecycle, including :

Project Administration & Coordination

• Prepare and distribute tender packages.
• Coordinate trade communications and respond to RFIs and clarifications.
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders.
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and deliverables.
• Prepare meeting materials, record action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Organize and manage digital project files for approvals and reporting.
