Bureau Veritas is actively hiring for multiple positions and we'd love for you to join us! Sample Preparation Technician – you will sort rock and soil samples by hand and crush / pulverize samples using machine equipment.

Job Requirements / Qualifications :

• Minimum high school diploma
• Previous experience working in a mineral processing lab considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle weights of 20-40 lbs for prolonged periods
• Great attitude and an open and inclusive mindset

Contract position, full-time. Location : 9050 Shaughnessy Street, Vancouver, BC V6P 6E5. Shifts Available : Day shift : 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, Evening shift : 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 00 pm, Graveyard shift : 11pm - 7am. The salary range for this role is $20.51 with shift premiums. There is also a $500.00 completion bonus if the individual successfully reaches the specified end date.
