With a vendor-neutral strategy and expertise across multiple OEM platforms, they are transforming how companies implement resilient, cost-efficient energy systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Business Development & Sales : Drive new microgrid controls & switchgear sales through outreach, site visits, and events; build technical proposals, negotiate terms, and hit revenue targets.
- Technical Sales Support : Turn complex electrical systems into clear customer value; validate SLDs / schematics, support engineering, FATs, demos, and commissioning.
- Customer & Account Management : Grow relationships with EPCs, end users, and partners; maintain CRM pipeline accuracy and deliver post-sale support.
- Market Insight : Monitor microgrids / BESS / distributed energy trends; advise leadership on product gaps and competitive moves.
What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or similar (preferred).5+ years of technical sales experience in switchgear, controls, or microgrid systems.Strong knowledge of MV / LV switchgear, PLCs, controls, and SCADA.Proven ability to exceed revenue goals and manage complex sales cycles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.Ability to travel up to 40%.Why You’ll Love It There
