Maintenance Manager

The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity for a Maintenance Manager. This hands‑on position is responsible for the supervision of skilled trades and General Contractors in a multi‑shift environment. Key focus will be maintaining and repairing all manufacturing equipment (including heavy‑ton stamping presses, robotics and standard to complex machinery) and facilities and building maintenance (including air compressors, chill water systems, overhead cranes and lift trucks). The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for implementing and managing preventative / predictive maintenance programs and assisting plant operations with engineering solutions, commissioning and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Automation / Robotic Technicians.
• Supervise skilled trades – Maintenance and Electricians.
• Supervise new equipment, process and building installations.
• Schedule outside contractors for plant projects as required.
• Schedule and record all preventative and predictive maintenance for building, equipment and processes.
• Set and monitor plant cost‑buster budget and report on R&M equipment and maintenance monthly.
• Report weekly the status of plant maintenance PM schedule.
• Synchronously solve problems and implement solutions involving manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Perform additional duties as required for smaller and newer facilities.
