Dilawri Group is now actively searching for Sales WebLeads Agents to join the Business Development Centre located at our Regional Head Office in Mississauga.

The hours of this role are Monday to Thursday 8 : 00 a.m. to5 : 00 p.m. or 11 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m. and Friday or Saturday 9 : 00 a.

m. to 6 : 00p.m. (Friday or Saturday 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. with the alternating day off.)

Position Overview : As a Sales Web Lead Agent , you will be responsible for managing andconverting hot leads generated from online advertising and vehicle listingsposted online.

This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn anddevelop their skills as sales professionals in the automotive industry.

Youwill receive comprehensive training and guidance from experienced sales leadersto help you succeed in this role. This Position requires no Cold Calling, onlydeal with customers who want to purchase and ask for us to reach out.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Management :

  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries andleads generated through online advertising and vehicle listings.
  • Engage with potential customers via phone,email, or chat to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

2. Customer Relationship Building :

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationshipswith prospective customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service andinformation to guide them through the vehicle selection process.

3. Product Knowledge :

  • Develop a deep understanding of the vehiclesin our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends andcompetitors' offerings.

4. Appointment Booking :

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments forcustomers to visit our dealership based on their preferences.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the sales team forin-person consultations.

5. Sales Training :

  • Participate actively in our sales trainingprogram to build essential sales skills.
  • Shadow experienced salespeople to learneffective sales techniques and strategies.

6. Sales Support :

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provideadditional information and support during the sales process.
  • Assist in the preparation of salesdocumentation and contracts.

7. Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate records of customerinteractions, appointments, and outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports on lead conversionactivities.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • OMVIC License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop salesskills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
  • Adequate computer proficiency.
  • Previous sales / retail and / or hospitalityexperience is a plus but not required.
  • The ability to multi-task and type 50 Wordsper minute is an asset
  • Avid multi-tasking Mobile and computer gamersperform well in this position
