Office Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Complete all daily administrative and office management related tasks to ensure productivity of the office and current staff
  • Oversee the daily allocation of work tickets from completed jobs for accurate payroll and company records
  • Support accounts payable / receivable procedures allocating bills to the proper accounts effectively and on time
  • Prepare weekly management reports to keep all operational tasks and personnel on track
  • Become an ERP specialist on the company’s Jonas Software System
  • Other duties as required

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an Office manager or relevant role
  • Previous experience working in a construction or project-driven environment an asset
  • Bookkeeping experience would be a strong asset
  • Experience with AP / AR
  • Familiarity with company operating systems
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
