Responsibilities :
- Complete all daily administrative and office management related tasks to ensure productivity of the office and current staff
- Oversee the daily allocation of work tickets from completed jobs for accurate payroll and company records
- Support accounts payable / receivable procedures allocating bills to the proper accounts effectively and on time
- Prepare weekly management reports to keep all operational tasks and personnel on track
- Become an ERP specialist on the company’s Jonas Software System
- Other duties as required
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an Office manager or relevant role
- Previous experience working in a construction or project-driven environment an asset
- Bookkeeping experience would be a strong asset
- Experience with AP / AR
- Familiarity with company operating systems
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
