We are a small, highly specialized team spanning clinical care, biomechanics, engineering, and product development. Our work sits at the intersection of clinical thinking and modern, technology-enabled service delivery. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world motion assessment systems and workflows, working closely with experienced clinicians and builders in a live studio environment.
Role Summary :
We are hiring a Motion Analysis Studio Technician. This role is to run Yana Motion’s capture studio and service reliably, deliver high-quality assessments, manage client flow, and ensure an excellent patient experience.
This is a full-time, hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working directly with people, can handle a high volume of sessions, and takes pride in consistency, professionalism, and execution. This role involves a high volume of hands-on assessments and provides deep, practical exposure to how motion analysis operates in real clinical settings.
This role is ideal for a strong graduate or someone with real-world people skills (e.g., clinic staff, trainers, movement professionals) who presents well, learns quickly, and can confidently manage clients throughout the day.

Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to) :
Motion Assessments
Perform precise, standardized motion assessments using Yāna’s proprietary markerless biomechanics systems and protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to explain assessment goals, procedures, and expectations; provide clear movement cues; and ensure comfort, consent, and cooperation throughout each session. Strong clinical communication is essential to maintain data quality, session consistency, and a positive patient experience across diverse populations.
Studio & Operations Support
Manage day-to-day studio flow, including session setup, scheduling support, and smooth client transitions to ensure reliable throughput and professional operations.
System Operations & Quality Assurance
Develop fluency with Yāna’s motion capture systems, including setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting, ensuring consistent and reliable data capture across sessions.
Data Review & Documentation
Support basic review of motion data, session notes, and internal documentation to maintain clarity, accuracy, and repeatability of workflows.
Startup Contributions
Assist with demos, educational sessions, and events as needed. Contribute flexibly in a growing startup where operational learning informs future decisions around staffing, throughput, and studio design.
