Position 1 : Afternoon Desk - Monday - Friday - 1600 - 0000

Position 2 : Patrol - Nights - Sunday - Thursday - 0000-1200 / 0000-0800

Position 3 : Swing Patrol - Sunday 1200-0000 / Mon - 1600-0000 / Fri - 0000-0800 / Sat - 0000-1200

Position 4 : East Tower Desk Nights - Mon - Fri 0000-0800

Pay Rate : $19.37 - $19.63 / Hr

Site Description : Bay Adelaide West opened its doors in June 2009. The Bay Adelaide Centre complex encompasses a whole city block and consists of the newly constructed East Tower, 1 / 2 acre urban plaza.

Connected to the PATH (Toronto 27KM underground walkway) with 51 floors and 1,100 underground parking and on site management and 24 / 7 building access and security.

• Ensure staff are following the assigned patrol schedule;
• Provide clear and concise communication to security staff;
• Record all information in a detailed and factual manner;
• Follow communication guidelines issued by the client, such as prompt notification of incidents; using correct notification groups and providing information that is detailed and factual;
• Be familiar with all Brookfield Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Procedures;
• Have very strong communication and customer service skills;
• Write detailed, factual, and concise incident reports for all incidents mentioned in Appendix A
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong command of the English language.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills;
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills;
• Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, multi-tasked environment;
• Flexible and adaptable in dealing with a diversity of situations and people;
• Ability to work efficiently under stress;
• Team player.
