Job Summary

TheDirector, Applications & Technical Servicesleads a global Applications Team focused on enabling the successful use of DHA in food and beverage products. This role connects science, customers, and commercial teams to deliver application-led solutions that support business growth.

Reporting to the Head of R&D, you will lead customer-driven application initiatives, provide senior technical support to Commercial and Sales teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the applications portfolio.

This role is based at our Headquarters in Dartmouth Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities

Applications Strategy & Execution

• Define and lead the Applications & Technical Services strategy aligned with R&D and commercial objectives.
• Establish and standardize application methodologies, testing protocols, and documentation.
• Drive cross-functional project execution and represent applications considerations within stage-gate and portfolio processes.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear technical and application requirements.
• Support product development and innovation through close collaboration with R&D.
