Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented Filing Administrator for a 3-month contract in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you'll help the team stay organized by preparing, scanning, and securely archiving documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Pay rate : $15-$18.50 / hour.
Location : Edmonton, AB
Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Responsibilities :
Prepare physical files for scanning : remove staples, organize documents, and follow naming conventions.
Scan documents and upload to designated digital folders.
Archive files according to company standards and prepare boxes for secure offsite storage (Iron Mountain) when required.
Maintain accurate records of scanned and archived materials.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
Work independently after initial instruction while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Basic familiarity with scanning equipment and digital file management (training provided).
