Objective

Working as a part of our Customer Success team, the Deployment Coordinator is a professional who helps with planning, executing, and scheduling installations of technology equipment and software solutions.

Functioning as a liaison between our customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders. The Deployment Coordinator will also assist the Customer Success team with various administrative tasks.

Knowledge, Experience, and Education :

Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent (GED)

Skills and Competency Requirements

• A passion for customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Desire to be a team player
• Personable attitude
• Ability to build rapport with external and internal customers
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Any prior experience in coordination considered an asset
• Annual salary will be between $40,000 $50,000 depending on experience
