Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of supervisors and associates to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals
- Coach and develop your team through performance feedback, training, and recognition
- Promote a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork
- Champion a customer-first approach by ensuring every shopper receives friendly and knowledgeable service
- Address customer concerns with care, creating positive and lasting impressions
- Support community connections by reflecting the values and needs of the people the store serves
- Oversee day-to-day operations including opening / closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive sales and profitability targets
- Monitor and optimize inventory flow and shrink reduction strategies
- Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually aligned with merchandising standards
- Implement promotional and seasonal merchandising plans with attention to detail and timing
- Adapt product displays based on customer demand and store-level insights
Requirements
3+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in general merchandise or a related formatProven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of store financials, operations, and merchandisingExceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCorporate Culture
