What does a typical project look like in your new team?

• Participate in the definition of the client's needs and propose optimal solutions;
• Participate in design reviews with different departments;
• Make recommendations to the engineers in charge of functions;
• Develop connection diagrams according to the requirements of its functional block;
• Write engineering notes in accordance with information quality criteria (quality, standards respected, compliance with procedures, clarity);
• Participate in the design of panels and harnesses;
• Develop concepts taking into account current and future variable configurations with analysts and systems engineers;
• Validate the functional aspect of the design in prototyping and on the assembly line;
• Participate in the development of the company's technical standards;
• Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and present work plans;

Document from a technical perspective the processes used to promote knowledge transfer and retention.

Some aspects that will facilitate your integration at Creaform :

• Hold a DEC in electrical engineering or other relevant discipline;
• More than 3 years of experience in product development and systems integration in a manufacturing environment;
• Experience in PCB design;
• Relevant experience in manufacturing as an electrical designer;
• Experience with electrical schematic software (EPLAN, Saber Harness an asset);
• Excellent mastery in automation of work tools (advanced Excel);
• Enjoys working in the field of product development;
• Is mobile for short, medium or long trips;
