What we're looking for :
- Proven experience in leading successful project teams with 10-15 years of previous experience in management role and / or industrial construction or Oil & Gas
- Strategically oversee, monitor, and manage of a project.
- Proficient in various computer programs
- A Project Champion in selling and marketing a project, as well as properly launching a project.
- Pivotal in planning, organizing, and controlling a project to meet and exceed expectations.
- Ensuring utilization and compliance of corporate policies and procedures
- Prioritization of business needs, while keeping projects aligned with organizations strategy and portfolio direction.
- Effectively communicate all issues, resolve conflicts and removing obstacles to progress
- Able to liaise between Clients and Company Ownership
- Invested in a safety-oriented work environment.
- Previous Experience : construction manager, construction, manager, construction supervisor, general manager, construction management, construction superintendent, superintendent, supervisor, construction site supervisor
