What we're looking for :

• Proven experience in leading successful project teams with 10-15 years of previous experience in management role and / or industrial construction or Oil & Gas
• Strategically oversee, monitor, and manage of a project.
• Proficient in various computer programs
• A Project Champion in selling and marketing a project, as well as properly launching a project.
• Pivotal in planning, organizing, and controlling a project to meet and exceed expectations.
• Ensuring utilization and compliance of corporate policies and procedures
• Prioritization of business needs, while keeping projects aligned with organizations strategy and portfolio direction.
• Effectively communicate all issues, resolve conflicts and removing obstacles to progress
• Able to liaise between Clients and Company Ownership
• Invested in a safety-oriented work environment.
• Previous Experience : construction manager, construction, manager, construction supervisor, general manager, construction management, construction superintendent, superintendent, supervisor, construction site supervisor
