This Role :

The Presales and Solutions Leader at Quadbridge is responsible for spearheading our solutions strategy, encompassing Managed Services, Zero Touch, Security, Microsoft, and Data Center solutions / solutions annual target. This role will report directly to the CEO, overseeing the presales team with dotted-line responsibility for Professional Services (PS) representatives. As a core bridge between sales and technical resources, the Presales and Solutions Leader will drive technical sales development, champion partner relationships, and ensure seamless alignment of core offerings and solutions from initial discovery to successful implementation.

Responsibilities : General Tasks

1. Lead and develop the solutions and presales team to effectively support sales objectives,

including ongoing training and certification in alignment with the Partner Director.

2. Drive technical development by maintaining up-to-date certifications and knowledge for both the solutions and presales team.

3. Serve as the main interface between the sales organization and technical resources across the organization to coordinate sales and implementation engagement.

4. Advocate for and continuously communicate the Solutions Program, fostering alignment across

both the sales and solutions teams.

5. Develop, review, and finalize all Bill of Materials (BOMs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and

Managed Service Agreements from scoping through signature.

6. Lead the integration and deployment of Quadbridge’s Assessment Strategy within the

Professional Services (PS) team.

7. Actively support customer engagements through discovery, solution design, and sales closure,

followed by implementation support.

8. Build and expand strategies for non-core partners to support and grow the referral business.

Partner and Relationship Management

1. Drive strategic development of partner relationships with the Partner Director, advancing

Quadbridge's overall business strategy.

2. Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with current services partners, fostering alignment

with Quadbridge’s growth objectives.

3. Develop partner strategies to support solution referrals and expand Quadbridge’s offerings.

Technical Sales Development

1. Develop and deliver technical sales presentations and solution demonstrations, effectively

communicating Quadbridge’s value to potential and existing customers.

2. Collaborate closely with the implementation teams to troubleshoot issues and offer practical

solutions to meet customer needs.

3. Support Quadbridge’s strategic initiatives by aligning solutions development, certifications with

current market trends, Quadbridge and customer requirements.

Requirements :

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solutions or presales leadership role, ideally within the tech or managed services industry.

2. Proven ability to drive the technical sales cycle from discovery through to post-implementation

support.

3. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.

4. Strong understanding of Managed Services, Security, Microsoft, and Data Center solutions.

5. Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.

6. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, coach, and lead technical teams.

7. Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills, with experience in drafting SOWs, BOMs, and Managed Service Agreements.

8. Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and high degree of accountability and

ownership.

Sales Development and Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Partner Director to establish and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Engage in customer calls to provide technical expertise and enhance solution alignment with

customer requirements.

  • Regularly liaise with sales, PS, and other cross-functional teams to streamline solutions delivery
  • and enhance customer satisfaction.
