Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Greater Toronto Area for a Driver Supervisor. Key responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating daily driver operations, organizing schedules, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, and providing support to drivers.

The Driver Supervisor will also handle performance management, resolve operational challenges, and maintain communication with drivers to ensure high‑quality customer service standards.
