We are lookingfor Linguists with FRENCH CANADIAN to join ourdedicated Team.

We are looking fortranslators comfortable with CAT Tools and passionate abouttechnology to translate either SW or Marketing or Legal content forone of the most innovative Companies leading the future ofsustainable mobility.

Responsibilities

Inthis role you will :

• Depending on the project translate and ensure target text correctlyreflects the meaning of thesource.
• Performlinguistic tasks as per project instructions and other references(translation memory glossary style guidesetc.).
• Ensurehighgrammatical accuracy while maintaining key terminology spottinginconsistencies and incorrect culturalreferences.
• Correctformatting / tagging punctuation country specifics terminology stylefluency as perguidelines.

Requirements

Mainrequirements :

• Native in target language with a degree in Applied LinguisticsTranslation or equivalentexperience
• IT skilledwith knowledge and experience of SDL Studio and CATtools
• Preferredexperience as a translator specialized in translation andproofreading of the required field depending on individual fieldsof expertise (marketing ad / and software and / orlegal)
• Comfortable withtechnology.
• Excellentanalytical troubleshooting problem solving and communicationskills.
• As a plusexperience translating content containing embedded variables in anXML environment with a high comfort level in manipulating XML typetags during translation.
• Demonstrated aptitude to independently learn new technologies someprojects might be performed using proprietary localisation toolsets.
• Selfmotivated andproactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinkingcapabilities.
• Flexibilityto respond and react to changing priorities quickly andefficiently.
• Excellentwritten and spoken English to truly understand the meaning andtranslate as if it were originally written in targetlanguage.
• Obsessed by thedetail qualitydriven and has a passion forlanguages.
• Understandingand attitude to work within a confidentialenvironment.
• Able to workin a fast paced demanding environment with multiple changes inproject priorities and tightdeadlines
• Available totravel as the businesscalls
• Ability to workunder pressure and meet tightdeadlines
• Goodavailability potentially at least 4 hours per day and quickresponse times
