Position Overview: As a Sales Representative at Globe Life AO, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, helping them make informed decisions about our top-notch products, and effectively promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities: Connect with potential customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online calls.
Understand and address customers' needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our product offerings.
Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with and understand customers.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency with various communication and marketing tools.
Knowledge of online sales is a plus, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a bonus.
