Role

We are hiring two Machine Learning Engineers to design, train, and deploy advanced AI models powering our next-generation agriculture technologies. You’ll work directly on SGA’s core AI products, turning cutting-edge research into real-world AI solutions that farmers, insurers, and the agriculture sector depend on every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore, develop, and refine AI and GeoAI models using real-world field data.
• Build prototypes of algorithms , evaluate performance, and benchmark them on production-scale datasets.
• Provide technical input to software engineers for implementing ML algorithms in production systems.
• Implement and optimize models in computer vision, deep learning, and geospatial AI applications.
• Collaborate across teams —including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers—to deploy robust AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance for scalability, reliability, and accuracy.
