Sales Associate who will be responsible for introducing and
educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to
through labor unions, credit unions, and / or associations. This role
requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and
confident in building long-lasting professional relationships. Key
Responsibilities : Serve as the first point of contact for clients
via phone and Zoom. Explain and review permanent benefits clearly
and accurately. Guide clients through enrollment and claims
processes. Maintain accurate documentation of all client
interactions. Collaborate with team members to deliver an
exceptional customer experience. Requirements : Must be eligible to
work in the United States High school diploma or equivalent
required 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience
preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented and self-motivated. Proficiency with online platforms
(Zoom, Google Sheets, Forms) Preferred Qualifications : Ability to
present confidently in both one-on-one and group settings
Self-motivated and comfortable working toward targets Skilled in
time management and multitasking Strong attention to detail and
