Location : Hybrid, onsite twice a week , Mississauga ON

• Providing a broad range of operational support within Operations & Technology
• Performing general to specialized transactions and ensuring business objectives, Service Level Goals, and CEI targets are met
• Contributing positively to the customer experience and loyalty index in each interaction
• Handling and escalating customer problems appropriately
• Creating and recognizing exceptional customer service through established programs This job might be an outstanding fit if you have :
• 3+ years of operations experience (must-have)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with medium-level Excel skills (must-have)
• Strong priority management skills (must-have)
• Banking experience (must-have)
