Location : Hybrid, onsite twice a week , Mississauga ON

- Providing a broad range of operational support within Operations & Technology
- Performing general to specialized transactions and ensuring business objectives, Service Level Goals, and CEI targets are met
- Contributing positively to the customer experience and loyalty index in each interaction
- Handling and escalating customer problems appropriately
- Creating and recognizing exceptional customer service through established programs This job might be an outstanding fit if you have :
- 3+ years of operations experience (must-have)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with medium-level Excel skills (must-have)
- Strong priority management skills (must-have)
- Banking experience (must-have)
