Summary
Reporting to the Slot Supervisor / Slot Manager the Slot Cashier will ensure they promote utmost integrity and the highest caliber of customer service. The Slot Cashier will be required to administer / exchange currency or redemption of TITO tickets. Responsibility of maintaining assigned areas in Slot Cage / Guest Services. The schedule for this position may vary and require the ability to work shift work, late nights, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Job Duties
Ensure the guest is being provided with superior customer serviceAdhere to all the established policies and procedures for effective and secure cash flowResponsible for the redemption of all TITO tickets as well as balancing them at the end of each shiftResponsible for assigned cash float, reconciliation of corresponding paperwork, and balancing currency at cash outIdentify and report counterfeit billsMonitor and report risk and safety concerns to ensure a safe environment for both associates and guestsSupport and communicate with all associates within the casino gaming floorResponsible for the daily execution of operational goals and objectivesActively promote the Players Card ClubComputer data entry of cash transactions, IVS Tito program, VLT’SActively communicates inefficienciesMaintains housekeeping of workstation and surrounding areasUphold a team work appearance offering assistance where available or when requestedAble to learn the duties of a Lotto / Retail cashierEnsure the Guest Services area meets desired presentation for our guests, clean and tidy throughout hours of operationPleasant phone etiquetteSelling of gift shop itemsMaintain daily inventory control countsLearning and entering data into Players Club programMaintains a positive and respectful attitude with a “One Team” mindsetActively promote and sign up guests in the Casino’s Players ClubIs flexible and willing to perform duties as workload necessitatesUphold a team work appearance offering assistance where available or when requestedAble to stand for long periods at a timeMaintain a AGLC gaming workers licenseAny other duties as requiredRequirements
