What You’ll Do :

Generate and develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend tailored insurance solutions.

Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service  from answering questions about policies to assisting with claims and billing.

Partner closely with the Agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals, driving business growth.

What We’re Looking For :

Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required.

Sales experience in any capacity such as outside or inside sales, retail, or telemarketing is preferred.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal, written, and listening communication.

Creative problem solver with critical thinking abilities.

Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Comfortable multitasking and presenting to potential clients.

Property & Casualty license preferred; must be willing to obtain if not licensed.

Life insurance license preferred; must be willing to obtain if not licensed.

Base Salary  $50,000 plus commision
